Years of Experience : 19 Years Qualifications : Bachelors in Social Science, USA, BCCIB, BCCTB. Rashidah Hanim is a graduate of Kansas State University, Manhattan, USA. Over the years since then she has been involved in diverse fields of business before switching to the insurance broking industry 14 years ago. She started her insurance broking career in 2006 and she was responsible for the development of government related businesses, arranging and maintaining comprehensive insurance programs along with developing insurance schemes. Her portfolio included managing all the GLCs and Government Departments as well as being involved in all facets of client servicing and developing client relationships. In the later years she moved on to become the Head of Broking Operations before shifting to the Compliance and Corporate Affairs Division. Under the new portfolio, she is responsible for developing the Company’s Business Plans and Strategy proposals, yearly Budgets, business proposals, presentations and the like. Other than this, she is also responsible for organising Insurance technical trainings or seminars and other PR events for clients as well as ensuring the Company’s human capital development and competency requirements are met. As the head of Compliance, she is tasked with establishing and ensuring that the Company and its employees comply with all regulatory Acts, Guidelines by Bank Negara and MITBA and other industry regulations. Since the resignation of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors has appointed her as the CEO/Executive Director effective 1 September 2015
Al Rashidy Kassim

Years of Experience : 32 Years Qualifications : DIploma in Insurance, BCCITB. Al Rashidy Bin Kassim graduated from Mara Institute of Technology (ITM) majoring in Insurance. He has more than 32 years of experience in the insurance industry. He first started his insurance career with Sepakat Insurance Brokers handling marketing, servicing and claims management. In 1993 he left for Uni.Asia General Insurance Bhd (formerly known as SEA Insurance) to head the Broking Unit responsible for developing and servicing targeted insurance brokers as the main provider. At this juncture, he had gained wide experience on supervision of all claims, underwriting techniques and related surveying issues. In 2012, he joined PNSB Insurance Brokers and has been entrusted to look after the operational & business development division, servicing the Company’s major clients. He has the experience in managing the insurance portfolios of various large multi-national and commercial clients. Some of the major clients he has served, included :

- Operational Programme of Kumpulan Perubatan Johor(KPJ).
- DRB-HICOM Group of companies which specialised in the Automotive, Services, Banking, Manufacturing and Construction Sector. The operational insurance programme for PROTON Group of Companies and EON Berhad.
- Operational program of Prasarana Malaysia Bhd which includes all properties, rail transport and buses.
- Petronas, KIC Oil & Gas, Solar Alert Sdn Bhd, SapuraCrest Petroleum, Sapura Defense, Industrial & Technology Group.
- Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB), Konsortium Abass Sdn Bhd, Indah Water Konsortium, various port risks including Northport and Kuantan Port.
- Aviation risks (Hull and Liability) for AirAsia and the insurance program on aviation liability as well as general program for KLAS Airline Catering Services.
- Handled Construction Insurance for the Rawang-Ipoh Double Track project, Sg. Bunos Sewerage Treatment Plant for IWK and Proton’s second plant in Tanjung Malim.

Mohd Rasidi Mustapha Associate Director, Business Development Department. Years of Experience : More than 30 Years Qualifications : Certificate, Chartered Insurance Institute (London School of Insurance), Master Business Administration (MBA) Rasidi has more than 30 years of working experience, with multi-industries background such IT, banking and insurance/takaful. He graduated from ITM with insurance discipline and pursued his insurance studies at London School Of Insurance (LSI) London, United Kingdom. He started his insurance career with Progressive Insurance Bhd then later he joined Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Bhd (BBMB) as Head of Insurance Department for 18 years and he managed the insurances for Bank’s assets, operational & liabilities exposures. Then he joined Sentinel Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd in 2010. He joined PNSB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd in December 2024. Among of his experience with major clients are :
- Rasidi managed AlloyMTD (engineering-based company) group insurance business which include Karak & LPT 1 highway concessionaire.
- The AlloyMtd group has expended their business internationally as below and Rasidi collaborated with local broker for the insurance placement - London Project, United Kingdom
- E-Idaman Sdn Bhd – waste management company and Rasidi managed the insurances for the contractors that being appointed by Edaman to undertake the waste management activities.
- Rasidi also collabrated with UIB Insurance Broker (Korea) for Samsung project in Malaysia where requires local placement and on Co-Brok basis with UIB Broker Korea.

Fazila Hanum Abu Bakar

Years of Experience : 26 Years Qualifications : BBA (Hons) in Insurance, BCCTB, BCCIB. Fazila holds a Degree in BBA (Hons) Insurance and started her career in PNSB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd in 1998 soon after she graduated from ITM. She has been with PNSB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd for more than 20 years and has handled and managed various areas such as claims, other than broking and client servicing. With her positive and dedicated attitude, she was given great responsibilities to handle major risks and used to handle accounts such as West Port Multi Terminal insurance programme and Konsortium Abass Sdn Bhd to name a few. Her existing portfolio includes :
- Operational and Employee Benefit programs for Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad, Worldwide Holdings Berhad, Yayasan Selangor, Central Spectrum Sdn Bhd, Perbadanan Adat Melayu & Warisan Selangor and Perpustakaan Selangor.
- Operational and Employee Benefit programs for various Local Municipal Councils MB Shah Alam, MB Petaling Jaya MP Subang Jaya, MP Ampang Jaya, MP Klang, MP Sepang, MP Selayang, MP Kajang, MP Kuala Selangor and MD Sabak Bernam.

Zulfidar Ikhlas
Manager - Employee Benefit, Business Operational Department
Years of Experience : 29 Years Qualifications : Degree In Risk Management & Insurance Zulfidar graduated from ITM in 1995 with a Degree In Risk Management & Insurance. She then underwent practical training at Progressive Insurance for 6 months and was later absorbed as Executive in the Claims Department, preparing monthly claims statistics reports to MNRB and Bank Negara. After one and a half years, she moved to Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad (STMB),attached to the Corporate Direct Department for about 17 years. She was responsible for handling more than 20 corporate accounts, GLC, universities and colleges. Her portfolio reached up to RM140 million (premium) when she secured new business from FELDA. Her last position in STMB was as a Manager ofthe Corporate Direct Department. She then went on to work as a professional advisor and placed herself at one of the earliest and established insurance brokers in Malaysia, ie State Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd. In State, she was appointed as Head of Takaful Division and managed to bring new businesses of quite a substantial brokerage within a year. In 2017, she subsequently obtained a place at PNSB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd as Manager, Business Development.In 2019 she has been appointed to be Head Of Employee Benefit Unit until to date.
